We wanted a special color...a shade of gray..they came out and sanded 6 places on our current floor and applied 6 different shades...We were able to pick the exact shade we wanted...the installer (Mike) was a real artist and the floor came out absolutely perfect...We could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish.
