“I had made an appointment to go get my hair trimmed. I had went there for the first time, Colie Herrera was my stylist. She had made me feel so welcome when I walked in. She ended up shampooing and conditioning my hair before my trim. She then gave me suggestions on what I should do but didn't make me feel like I couldn't pick what I wanted to do.
