“I have been going here for years and I think 3 different owners in that time. Every stylist really cares and does a good job. My regular stylist is out for a few weeks so she made an appt for me with another one. Unfortunately the hair cut was not included which is odd because I always get a cut with any color service. I don’t think it was my stylists fault as she didn’t actually book it but oversaw it being booked with the salon coordinator. I don’t know what happened but I think some more attention to detail is needed when booking appointments and ensuring a confirmation of the services are done.”
