They consistently provided clear and timely communication before and during the project. Consequently, there were no unpleasant surprises. Onsite manager is here daily during the work to respond to any questions/concerns residents have. Jobsite always cleaned up every day. “I called for an inspection because I had some concerns about my roof and Nate Letts came out within a day-I was surprised with speed, efficiency, thoroughness, level of knowledge and incredible professionalism. Nate created a detailed report for me to send the insurance company so that I could get credit for having a Class 4 roof. All at no cost!!!
