Showed up early and the service was quick. Did not have any issues with the service so far. However, I felt their prices are far too high and borderline unreasonable. The only reason why I chose to still use them was because I couldn't wait much longer for the repair. With all the rain that we have been having, I needed my chimney fixed asap. It's unlikely I'd use them in the future.Edit: 06/23/23. Bumping from 3 stars to 5. I was still having issues with my chimney and they came out again, did some futher work on it. I had my chimney swept yesterday and can recommend this gentlemen enough. He was professional and took great pride in his work. He also fixed an issue with my stove that had been there since installation.++++ recommended.!!
