Dan was courteous and very complete with information requests when I was going through the selection process to decide which company to work with. “I met with over 9 roofing contractors before I decided to go with R4. I worked exclusively with Brady who managed our project and did an excellent job. He was thorough, communicative, and fast. By far the smoothest process compared to the other 8 roofers I met with. I was also impressed with the amount of manufacturer’s R4 utilized. It seems other contractors are usually married to just 1 shingle brand, whereas R4 uses several which created more options and flexibility when some brands were back ordered last year. R4 also offered a superior warranty. If I ever have to replace a roof in a future house, R4 will be my only call.“
