“During a severe windstorm in March, a massive branch punctured right through my roof and ceiling, threatening further structural damage. While other roofers stalled, Bold Brothers had a crew at my house within an hour to safely remove the tree and tarp the roof.<br><br>That was just the beginning. State Farm spent the next two months trying to lowball the claim, offering to replace just a few shingles (it eventually required state agency intervention). Jake became my absolute champion. He spent hours battling the adjuster, pulling Lakewood building codes, and building an airtight case for a proper repair. If I had gone with any other roofer, insurance would have gotten away with doing the bare minimum.<br><br>The moment the full claim was finally approved, Jake had a crew out within days. They replaced the entire roof, decking, and front gutter in under 9 hours. “We had a great experience working with Aaron and The Pinnacle Home Exteriors after the devastating hailstorm that hit Milliken last year.<br><br>From the very beginning, Aaron was knowledgeable, professional, and an excellent advocate throughout the insurance process. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our roof and did an outstanding job documenting the hail damage for our insurance company.
