Great communication, excellent work
I had an excellent experience with Jake and his crew. Everyone was professional, honest, transparent and I was not pressured as I had been in the past. The crew went to great lengths to be respectful of my property and dogs and keeps everything nice and clean. They were easy to get ahold of and collaborate with throughout the process. I’ve had multiple neighbors stop by to ask for their info because of their excellent work on my exterior paint job.
We had Jake and his team out for a complete re-roof, with all of our decking removed and replaced. Turns out, we had insufficient venting that made our old decking begin to delaminate from the inside. We felt confident in the way Jake did things to remedy this and get all of the venting improved and working properly.
Jake and his project manager, Aaron, couldn't have been better. Jake was honest, thoughtful and very supportive throughout the process, from the sales conversations all the way to final close out. Jake answered all of our questions and communicated clearly and fairly throughout the process.
