“HPM completed the redevelopment of John Meade Park, the main park in Cherry Hills Village. They exceeded our expectations, communicating well throughout the project and offering effective and low-cost solutions to any issues that came up during construction. For example, constructing a boardwalk through the wetland led to some surprising discoveries and the original building plan turned out to be unfeasible. HPM smoothly transitioned to a new plan, working with the engineer to field design a spread footer based on actual soil conditions, completing the work with no cost increase. The HPM team also went above and beyond to adjust the schedule so that we could remove fish from the ponds prior to dredging. Their sensitivity to the park’s riparian areas and wildlife habitat was very appreciated. Working with HPM was an excellent experience that made our park project a great success!“

“We’re just at the tail end of our project with Clean Cut Contractors, and couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. We started out with a master bath remodel, and wanted a rustic mountain spa style. After interviewing three different companies we chose Zack and his team, and absolutely couldn’t have made a better choice.
It starts with Zack himself – his approach to pricing and costs is unique, transparent, and really gave us confidence that we would really have control over the process and budget. He worked with us brainstorming options, created a couple of different estimates, and then we settled on an initial design. He sent Dante and Jayden to start demolition shortly afterwards.
And that’s the next amazing part, those two guys are some of the hardest working, most talented contractors we’ve ever had work on our house. Kind, friendly, and incredibly talented – Dante is a true master craftsman, a ‘lost artisan’ level of detail and skill, yet combined with the latest technology and techniques. We really appreciated that they use the Schluter tile system because this is our forever home, and we can be sure that we won’t ever have leaks.
I’ll spare you walking through the process, and skip to the end of the bathroom, where we hit something Zack had warned us about….scope creep! The result was SO amazing that we added on a new fireplace in the family room, wainscoting and faux paint in the front room, and kitchen cabinet refacing as the crowning touch. Yep, that increased our project costs (of course), but their prices are very fair given the quality of workmanship, and we really feel like we got a great value for what we’ve spent.
The result across the board is absolutely amazing. Zack, Dante and Jayden have truly transformed our house into our dream home. We’d hire them again in a heartbeat if we needed something else done.“
