Prompt service for my scheduled appointment. Everybody was friendly, courteous and professional. Dr Gowen was thorough and efficient, I will definitely be going back to them in the future.
Dr. Gowen is great. He’s more than thorough with the exam. He has an excellent sense of humor. We connected well over a shared interest; grilling and smoking meat. The selection of frames are comparable to any of the many optical lens establishments I’ve visited. When it was time to make my selection, the lady assisting me noticed the frames that I was already wearing and asked if I’d like to go with the same brand(Ray-Ban) again. I love the frames I currently wear, but my prescription did change slightly. I chose Ray-Ban once again for my first pair and I chose a similar style(Van Heusen) as my second pair. I can’t wait to receive my new spectacles. ?
I have been coming to this office since I was a teenager, the receptionists are the sweetest group of ladies, and Dr. Gowen is the most thorough with eye care. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my optical health!!You all are so appreciated. Thanks for years of quality care and service.
