Joseph A. Gowen, OD & Associates
“I was very pleased with my visit to Eyemart Express. I was a walk-in and got seen right away. It is very impressive they have the man power to allow for walk-ins to be seen on the same day in a timely manner. My pre-eye exams went well and the staff lady was very kind and gave good directions. Once in the exam room, I didn't have to wait. Dr. Gowen started the eye exam right away. He communicated what he was doing and what he observed with my eyes. I liked that because you wonder what they are seeing. When it was time to pick out eyeglasses, my sales person was Jake and I cannot say enough good things about him. He communicates very well, he exudes confidence, he looks you in the eye, and he wears glasses himself! He is so knowledgeable about the frames and lenses. He helped me pick out the perfect frames for me!”
