The worst manager possible, the worst customer service, extremely unpleasant, unprofessional, and rude. The manager doesn't prioritize the customer needs, and makes sure you leave the store with the same issues created by their bad service. They sold a bad pair of prescription glasses, the frame so bad that they discontinued the line. My frame broke and I needed replacement through the insurance that I pay, very expensive. She told me the glasses just could be redone with the same low quality despiste my offer to pay the difference for it. Absolutely dishonest and disgusting management, plus dishonest policies. Tired to go in and ask the lady some questions about my prescription and she was too busy chitchatting with her co worker she couldn’t be bothered to do her job! So sad!! I won’t be back here again!

The lady was rude, threw my contact case on the table. The people on the glasses side were great but the eye doctor nurse was unprofessional and the Dr was over a zoom meeting. It was very uninviting and uncomfortable
