I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service at Family Eye Care, Dr. Keshmiri's office. Dr. Keshmiri's professionalism and kindness were evident from the moment I walked in. She provided realistic guidance regarding my eyesight without pushing me towards any particular decision, allowing me to make informed choices.Angela, the optician I worked with, demonstrated a high level of professionalism and knowledge. I have been going to this place for several years and have never had any issues. Their customer service goes above and beyond and I wouldn’t recommend any place else. A few years ago, one worker taught me how to take my contacts out with long nails (which took so long to perfect) and recently, Angela helped put a rush on my glasses since I was going out of the country and needed them before leaving. I got them five days after choosing my frames and I have never experienced such nice service before. Definitely go here for new glasses and an eye exam!
