Her expertise was clear—she knows her job inside out and took the time to offer personalized advice that truly helped me make the best choices. Whether it was helping me select the perfect frames or explaining lens options, Dhipanee’s guidance was invaluable.

“I received exceptional service at Parker Optical. I discovered them through Moscot’s authorized retailer network and made up my mind to make the hour-long drive from the Springs. It was worth it!

When I called ahead to ask about trying on some frames, Austin was able to tell me what days and times would be most suited to a walk-in if I needed assistance, even noting the optician’s lunch schedule when he wouldn’t be available.

Miguel, though obviously very busy, made me feel so welcomed and at ease in the shop. I’ve needed glasses my entire life and have never felt so comfortable and accommodated in the buying process. He had a frame from their sister store in Denver delivered for me to try on; when I had a chance to look at them in store, he went above and beyond to deliver the colors I was interested in.
