“Jonathan and his team did a wonderful job on our roof and helped us beat a deadline. We had a pretty large water leak from a storm a few months ago that damaged the roof. We were working with an insurance and knew we were days from the first snow fall. We got the approval from insurance and Jonathan’s team jumped on the project immediately. They were able to work us in, knowing snow could fall at any point, causing further damage. His crew identified the leak in just a few hours of work and already had a solid plan to fix it. They completed the roof and we got the first snow (8”) just a few days later. Jonathan was very professional, provided an estimate that was clear, with a fair price, and allowed us to submit it to insurance very easily. Our fix was really small (a couple of leaky light points due to a roof vent and tear in a duct tape sun tunnel top) but due to timing/tools constraints, I wasn't able to get it done before our next storm. Not only was Alex the technician who came out to assess our leak initially, but he was with us the entire project, from signing, answering tons of questions, helping with our insurance, being on the job site multiple times throughout the work, and final inspection.
