We recently replaced our roof due to to years of wear and tear and damage from our cottonwood tree. Penney Enterprises provided us with a competitive quote. They installed a class 4 impact resistant shingle. They took the time to remove all the nails to ensure a better seal with the new roof. They also provided us with photos and all documentation requested by our insurance company to adjust our homeowner's policy. They were responsive throughout the process. Ken Penney is honest and great to work with.
