They both were polite, pleasant, and took the time to explain to me what they were doing and why. But most of all, their work was neat and organized which indicated to me they knew what they were doing.
Time will tell if the Daiken products we selected were a good choice. But for now, Balance Point has provided good service, what looks to be a fair price, and a great installation team. So far, so good!”
