Last week during the cold snap we had a pipe burst outside. Not sure what to do, I called Practical Plumbing. Cassidy answered and was able to come right away and got the problem remedied in a matter of minutes. He was prompt, kind, efficient, and very professional. Will be calling back again!
Cassidy was amazing! We had a gas leak and he came right over, diagnosed the problem and took care of it all quickly. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We have struggled to find good help in the past and we will definitely be recommending Cassidy to all of our friends!!!
Helped me over the phone to turn on pilot light. He invited me to call to ask for follow up. Still no hot water till he came to show me one more step in the process. Very generous of him...wouldn't even accept a tip or gas money. Very grateful for his help as I have a very sick husband, & hot water is a must.
