“I found Impact Chiropractic in Loveland through a referral after struggling with ongoing pain following both knee replacements and severe sciatic back pain that came out of nowhere. I tried physical therapy, dry needling, acupuncture, and more with no relief. As someone who loves playing volleyball and hiking with my dog, I wasn’t ready to give that up.

Dr. Lauren was amazing from the start. She took x-rays, walked me through everything, and created a clear plan to help reduce my pain. I was initially overwhelmed by the time and cost, but nothing else had worked, so I committed to a 6-month intensive program along with Softwave Therapy.

Early in treatment, I took a bad fall off an e-bike that made things worse—injuring my ribs and knee—but the team helped me recover quickly. I also did another round of Softwave for my knees, and now my left knee is completely pain-free, while my right is about 90% pain-free.

When I first came in, I had stopped playing volleyball, needed cushions just to sit, and wore a back brace constantly. Thanks to the adjustments, I’ve regained movement in my spine and alignment in my body. I’m now back to playing volleyball 3 days a week and lifting weights regularly to stay strong and support the progress.

“We have had 5 visits here in the past 1.5 weeks so far and it has been life changing for our baby. He has suffered from colic, trapped gas, reflux, and poor sleep. With a long and intense labor we suspect that put stress on his body. After seeing Dr.Shpendi our baby went from 5-7 wakes in the night and down to 2-3. He falls asleep so much easier and sleeps so much harder than ever before. He was not able to sleep on his back and now he can. He now is taking consistent and better naps in the day.
