I have been an Impact patient for over 10 years and I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lara and her team. Dr. Lara has been my Dr. through multiple stages of life including helping me and my body adjust after a car accident, through pre pregnancy, pregnancy, and post pregnancy and now she helps me achieve my body optimized level of functionality for every day life! I cannot recommend Impact Chiropractic enough and I truly feel like I could not be in better hands literally!

I highly recommend Impact Chiropractic! The staff here are very knowledgeable, attentive to individual needs, kind, and friendly. I feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe every visit. I have felt significant improvement physically and emotionally after going to Impact Chiropractic.

In the short time that I have seen Dr. Lara, the the issue I started seeing her for has been resolved. She is genuine, kind and always takes time to answer any questions I might have. I appreciated knowing my treatment plan ahead of time and being able to compare before and after x-rays to see progress and resolution.The office atmosphere is laid back and peaceful. Caitlin, who is at the front desk, is friendly, thoughtful, and accommodating. Invest in your health and make the appointment!
