As someone who was previously skeptical of chiropractic care, I have 100% had my mind changed by what's happened for me since I came to Reconnect.The impetus for giving this a try was my rapidly worsening plantar fasciitis. Being on my feet any length of time was starting to become unbearable. After I spent two days limping after an easy hike, I was concerned I was on my way to some major medical procedure.However Dr. Shpendi diagnosed issues with posture and movement that I had been chronically doing incorrectly. I love coming to see Dr. D and Dr. S!!! They are both so wonderful with my 3 kids under 4 years old. I love how soft Dr. D is with her adjustments! I never leave feeling pain and don’t have to “recover” from an adjustment. I look forward to coming to see them for many years to come, as much as needed.Thanks for all you do!
