So impressed and grateful for their service, skills, precise attention to detail, affordable pricing, and spirit of community. I was especially grateful to them today, when I realized at 3:58 that I hadn’t yet picked up a formal gown I am wearing to a family wedding out of the country, leaving for the trip tomorrow. They close at 4 pm, but picked up the phone and waited until I could get there to give me the dress. This is a prime example of why we should all be supporting local businesses! “After I noticed that my wedding dress had hair and threads all in the 4 layers of tulle skirt, I was panicking to find a dry cleaner and steamer with reviews that weren’t terrible. Luckily, Joinus is only 10 minutes from my house and has the best reviews in the area, so I brought my dress in! They said it takes about 7 days for the turnover, and my wedding was 9 days away. They got it all cleaned, steamed, and pressed for me by day 6! My dress even came on a mannequin bust to prevent any new creases! I am so happy with the results, kindness, and quick turn over! I opted for full and I’m thrilled with how my sandals came back. In addition to the new soles, the cork footbed was repaired where it was starting to crumble and the leather straps were cleaned up beautifully. Best of all, turnaround time was just one week.
