After I noticed that my wedding dress had hair and threads all in the 4 layers of tulle skirt, I was panicking to find a dry cleaner and steamer with reviews that weren’t terrible. Luckily, Joinus is only 10 minutes from my house and has the best reviews in the area, so I brought my dress in! They said it takes about 7 days for the turnover, and my wedding was 9 days away. They got it all cleaned, steamed, and pressed for me by day 6! My dress even came on a mannequin bust to prevent any new creases! I am so happy with the results, kindness, and quick turn over! If I ever have another event, I will definitely be back!

Joinus provides excellent dry cleaning and alteration services. I’ve been using them for years and have always been satisfied with the quality of their services. They have even gone out of their way to deliver an item to my house the night before I left town for a trip. I take my normal cleaning there and have also had many items hemmed/altered with great satisfaction. Can’t recommend highly enough.
