Brought a pair of Birkenstocks that needed to be re-soled. I had the option to do the full replacement or just the bottom half, which was nice. I opted for full and I’m thrilled with how my sandals came back. In addition to the new soles, the cork footbed was repaired where it was starting to crumble and the leather straps were cleaned up beautifully. Best of all, turnaround time was just one week. I’ll get many more years out of these shoes. Highly recommend!

Brought my husband’s Alan Edmond leather shoes. She did a good job reviving them, but was a little disappointed she refused to do anything to brighten up the white outsole’s. Wouldn’t have taken much effort.

This shop does excellent work every time. Everything she alters fits like a glove. I've been going here for all my alterations for the past several years and I'm always pleased! Edit, she just altered a pair of brand new high waisted Levi's that I loved that were way to big at the waist and way too long. She altered the waist and length and they fit like a glove. Just perfect. And she does it in a way where you can't tell the jeans were altered in any way. They look original. Kudos.
