“I went here once simply for dry cleaning and they did a wonderful job on some work clothes as well as a bridesmaids dress. a couple months later I came back for alterations for a that was a little bit more complicated in terms of the hem (especially considering fabric and dual layers)- she did a wonderful job. I assumed I’d give up the integrity of the hem… but she did such a good job it was nearly identical to the designers finish.

“This place is pretty good, but not perfect. The service is great. The prices are solid and the people working there are super nice. They clean your clothes really quickly, but they aren’t really good at getting stains out unfortunately. Which is my only reason for putting four stars instead of five. Also, Google maps says they are open on Sundays. They are not open at all on Sunday. I’ve suggested the edit, but it is not updated.“

“I cannot say enough incredible things about this dry cleaner. They quite literally saved my $500 silk dress after another cleaner (Singers Dry Cleaning off 44th) completely ruined it. I walked in absolutely stressed and almost in tears, and the woman behind the counter immediately put me at ease. She was knowledgeable, kind, and instantly pointed out exactly what the previous cleaner had done wrong—just by looking at the dress.

She never made any unrealistic promises, which I appreciated, but assured me she would do everything she could. And wow… she delivered. When I picked up my dress, every stain was gone, including the water marks the other cleaner added. It looked brand new—actually better than it did originally. She even pressed it perfectly. I had taken the dress straight from Singer’s to them, and the difference in quality was night and day.

I was genuinely emotional picking it up because I thought the dress was ruined forever. Instead, they brought it back to life. On top of all that, their pricing was significantly better than most cleaners I’ve been to.
