“We had our backyard completely redone by BLD, and are extremely happy with the end result, and with the process. Samantha did the design and was the project manager for the build. She worked with us to arrive at a design that met our goals and was within our budget. The build process was very efficient. Once they got started, everything happened quickly, but it wasn't rushed. The patio, retaining wall, and paths all show excellent craftsmanship. I am particularly impressed with the way they contoured the retaining wall blocks to tightly fit against surrounding boulders. Everyone we interacted with from BLD was polite, friendly, and professional, from Samantha and the owner to the landscapers. “This was a "cluster", but Michelle and the owners did everything to make it right. I got a load of what appeared to be fill dirt instead of what they recommend to put in a new lawn. It was loaded with random debris. I was able to bring back a load and they replaced it with some of there "good" stuff with no additional fees. I now have a healthy base and the new lawn is in. I am waiting to see the little sprouts of grass popping up. Very happy with ARS's responsiveness and concerns of their products. Thank you!“

“I was initially hesitant to hire FRSR for an extensive outdoor living space project. Reluctance was solely due to the reviews and ratings on BBB (which I always check prior to spending large amounts of money). After talking with **** (Principal), and a slight leap of faith I went with them. After 6 months, my experience has been excellent. The design is impeccable and just as I envisioned. The result is beautiful and elicits 'Wows!' from everyone. I understand that they generate revenue through installation. Therefore, a little patience is required (especially during season) to have something rectified (in our case a dead pine). But, that is to be expected. I’ve never seen a landscaper invest so much in the project from bringing his own fresh compost to organizing plants in multiple configurations until he got it just right.He also found damage from a hail storm and instantly started working to fix it!
