“Highlands was prompt with its initial visit, its walk-through, and its work. When an actual laborer with the consultant on a second visit, he pointed out issues the consultant had not spotted, thus avoiding many potential problems. Throughout the job (building a retaining wall, clearing soil of gravel, and regrading the surface), this person consulted and checked with the property owner to ensure understanding about inevitable snarls and about price changes. Furthermore, when something did not suit me, the company made a specific extra visit to the site to set it right. Excellent customer service.“

“This was a "cluster", but Michelle and the owners did everything to make it right. I got a load of what appeared to be fill dirt instead of what they recommend to put in a new lawn. It was loaded with random debris. I was able to bring back a load and they replaced it with some of there "good" stuff with no additional fees. I now have a healthy base and the new lawn is in. I am waiting to see the little sprouts of grass popping up. Very happy with ARS's responsiveness and concerns of their products. Thank you!“

“AMK Hardscapes - specifically Jennalee Manfredonia (Sales/Design), Jason White (installation) and Jason's team - transformed the way we feel about our house. Yes, it's a home that we love, but there was one feature of it that we rolled our eyes at every time we had to look at it - our concrete. We've lived in 5 states (4 of them cold weather states), and we've never seen the concrete degradation issues we've seen here in Arvada. TERRIBLE! Our community has hundreds of homes with similar issues. They call it spalling. Never heard that term until I moved here. Our entryway was the worst and our steps were just disintegrating under our feet. Looking at it, and our driveway, was excruciatingly painful. The AMK Hardscapes team replaced our concrete with concrete pavers, beautified our home, and most importantly made us ecstatically joyful about the decision we made to make this investment. It's been 3 days since they left and I still can't take my eyes off of it. This is exactly what should happen - contractors shouldn't just repair/improve your home, they should repair/improve how the homeowner feels about their home. That's what AMK Hardscapes did. From the first call, I never had to wait for replies. Every interaction was cordial and caring. The installation team was respectful of our home and our time. They delivered on everything they said they would do. They fixed us - and our home. Thank you!“
