“Called and emailed them about irrigation blowouts. The promptly responded (both in email and by phone) to let me know they didn't offer that service, but gave me the name/number of someone who did. Sadly, this qualifies as over-performing in my book. Nowadays it's rare that a contractor/service provider would take the time to even respond to an inquiry that doesn't benefit them. Most Denver contractors are too busy to respond or even show up to bid. I appreciated their response, and would recommend you consider them based on that alone.“

“Tom and Anthony are simply the best. My boyfriend and I are new to Colorado, and failed to winterize our sprinkler system before it got cold over Thanksgiving, leading to a busted vacuum breaker and other cracked/leaking pipes. In a panic, I called a few companies and Tom was the only person that called me back, and quickly, too! He was so gracious with his time right from the beginning, and came to my house the very next day. Anthony and Tom worked on the repairs together, and I was very impressed with how knowledgeable they both were. I had a million questions, and they were both happy to explain what was going on, what had caused the issues, and what they were doing to fix it. They were upfront on pricing and never tried to hid the ball. Anthony even crawled underneath our house to turn off the water valve, which I didn't know was down there. All in all, they spent about three hours on the system and were very pleasant to be around. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat, and will definitely have them back next year :) Thank you so much!“

From the initial call all the way up until today (2 months post job completion) he has been very responsive when I have contacted him. The backyard in a home we recently purchased had been neglected for well over a decade. Brilliant Landscaping did a superb job giving it a facelift. They listened to what we wanted completed, and offered suggestions how our ideas could be improved. However, Valentine was always willing to do as we asked even if it went against his suggestion. Honesty is clearly an important part of his company. When an actual laborer with the consultant on a second visit, he pointed out issues the consultant had not spotted, thus avoiding many potential problems. Throughout the job (building a retaining wall, clearing soil of gravel, and regrading the surface), this person consulted and checked with the property owner to ensure understanding about inevitable snarls and about price changes. Furthermore, when something did not suit me, the company made a specific extra visit to the site to set it right. Excellent customer service.“
