Recently we had our entire system (furnace, AC, humidifier, electronic air cleaner & programmable thermostat) replaces. He worked two looooooong 12 hr days to get it all in! There was a mix up in that we thought we had requested a smart, wi-Fi thermostat. I contacted Rich and in a few days it was swapped out for a wi-Fi thermostat at no extra cost.
