First of all, their response was fast. During Thanksgiving week they were able to come within two days and get my heat restored until a new thermostat could be delivered, which happened a week later. Secondly, both Patrick and Josh arrived at the beginning of their two-hour time windows, were thorough in their work, informative and very friendly. I will use BC for my HVAC going forward.

My experience with BC Building Services Inc. is exceptional. I have had 2 services: Hot water heater and Air conditioning. I recommend this company with 5 stars. We are very happy with their work and customer service. All questions always get answered in a timely fashion and they give a Veteran's Discount. Thank You BC!!! :-)

As a property manager, it's difficult to find a vendor who responds and will coordinate with tenants. My tenants said they were prompt, courteous, thorough and got their radiators working quickly. We highly recommend BC Building Services!!
