On the day of my cleaning, I had a packed schedule and only gave myself about an hour for the new patient intake and cleaning. I was brought back right on time, but after the X-rays and getting settled into the exam chair, nearly 30 minutes had already passed. I’m not sure if I was given a time estimate when I scheduled, but looking back, it was definitely an oversight on my part to only allow an hour.

When Dr. Roggow came in to go over the plan, I had to admit that I hadn’t budgeted enough time to complete everything that day. I told him I’d likely have to come back in a month or two due to my hectic schedule.

To my surprise, Dr. Roggow said no problem, and then offered to try and fit me in later that same day, after I finished my other appointments. I was genuinely stunned by their flexibility and willingness to accommodate me, especially given how busy they already were. I’m sure I created extra work for someone on staff, but I truly appreciated the kindness and effort.

When I returned, Tiffany (my hygienist) and Dr. Roggow took fantastic care of me. They were professional, efficient, and made the whole experience comfortable. I couldn’t recommend this team more highly!“
