Had a great experience at open & affordable dental in Hudson. Dr. Chen was very friendly and made me feel comfortable for a first patient visit & cleaning. He was also very thorough with his work and educated me on what I can expect for future visits. Appreciate the staff for being able to fit me in to their schedule last minute.
I had a great experience with Dr. Chen. I have neglected my dental health for years and this week it caught up with me. I made an appointment for a consultation deciding I was gonna bite the bullet and get things started. Dr. Chen was very nice, non judgemental, he listened and then gave me a clear walk through of what we can do to get back on track. The next day we schedule the start. I have a fear of dental work. Dr. Chen let me take my time to get relaxed and talked to me through the entire process. After he showed me the work he did.
