I am not one to write reviews, but I need to take the time to write this one. My 13 year old daughter has had a severe phobia of the dentist her whole life. As she got older it only got worse as she is a chronically ill child and sees doctors all the time.
Well she needed a cleaning and a check up and we needed to find a new dentist. After a lot of research we decided to pick Kids City and let me tell you…. Our first experience was amazing. Even through the years getting her there she was scared out of her mind, but the staff and Dr. McFarlin made her feel so comfortable. We walked out that day and she was smiling. The next day she said “when do I go back? I am ready”. It brought me to tears because no dentist office has even made my child feel this way. Well today we went back to get the work done that she needed and my daughter was ready. There was no fight and her anxiety was pretty low. Dr. McFarlin showed her every tool and told her everything he was going to do before he did it. He gave her mouth breaks, the dental assistant put Vaseline on her lips during the break and sat there rubbing her arm to help ease any anxiety she may be having.
If you are looking for a dentist for your child, don’t look any further. This place is amazing and truly a blessing for our family.

I don't usually write reviews, but Kids City Dental deserves it. If I could I would give it ten stars. Both the doctor and his assistant are excellent people. I felt welcome from the moment I enter the office. My children also loved the treatment they were given. Doctor Troy, treated each one of my children in the kindest and most gentle way.
I have been in the Brighton area for 5 years and have seen several dentists in this time. None compares to the pleasant experience we had at Kids City Dental.

Me sentí bienvenida desde el momento que entré a la oficina. Mis hijos también les encantó el trato que les dieron. El Doctor Troy trató a cada uno de mis hijos de la forma mas amable y gentil.

We’ve been coming for awhile and absolutely love! I have 4 children and they’ve all had a great experience. They really make kids comfortable. Highly recommended.
