“Dr Ballenger and his team at Precision oral surgery were absolutely lovely. I am weary of needles and dentists in general. After 3 visits at other dentists, I walked in to this office and was immediately at ease to have a broken molar extracted that I had lived with for way too long. They answered every question, without hesitation and got me scheduled. On my surgery day, after being numbed up, I had quite the panic attack where they again impressed me. Acting calmly and quickly they gave me oxygen and helped to ease my fears. The entire procedure, start to finish, took 20 to 30 minutes (20 of that was my panic attack) and then they sent me home with a goodie bag that included ice cream where I got to choose the flavor. Such a treat. To top it off, Dr Ballenger himself called me that night to check in. Absolutely amazing. 9 days post op and I am healing up beautifully. I will recommend this oral surgeon over and over again.“

“I’ve had three kids in braces. Two of them went to a place I won’t mention. The third one is with Dr. Rex Johnson, and we LOVE him. I am kicking myself for not taking the first two there. Not only is Dr. Rex Johnson much more affordable, but he is more personable. He treats my kid like a person, not like a number. Hands down he is the best. My daughter is nearing the end of her orthodontic journey, and I’m thinking maybe I should get myself some braces so we can keep going! Kidding, but only a little.“

“I can't recommend this dentist enough to anyone with kids.
After being at a family dentist for a few years, I can't believe I didn't change to a pediatric specific dentist earlier. The one location for dentist and orthodontist was a game changer for my son.
Today was another great example of their patience, care and concern for even their littlest patients. My daughter went in for a sealant treatment and Carrin went through the whole procedure with my daughter. Once the procedure started my daughter was less than thrilled to have things in her mouth. Carrin worked to calm her, gave her a break, and continuously checked on her to make sure she was as comfortable as possible. A second pair of hands came in so they could go faster, working in tandem seamlessly so that my daughter could get her treatment and be comfortable.“

My daughter has been going to this office for years and I could not be happier. The staff from start to finish is helpful, cheerful and welcoming. The dentist can sometimes be a scary place especially for kids and they all make my daughter and I feel comfortable. The dental assistants listen to my concerns and address them as needed. I trust their knowledge and guidance for all my daughters dental needs.

Scottie is FANTASTIC and a irreplaceable asset to the team. My insurance company made a mistake and Scottie spent countless hours working with me and my insurance carrier to correct the issue and save me out of pocket expenses. I am more than grateful for her time and I appreciate the dedication and commitment she provided in seeing this matter resolved.
