They let me know everything that was happening with me and actually let me make my choices for myself with the the information I needed. When I had questions they didn't come back at me with more questions, they gave me direct honest answers. You can tell Yessica and Dr. Yalda care about their patients and do not treat them like money bags. I highly suggest requesting them if you are able to. “Dr. Saunders and his staff are the best of the best:He is exceptionally knowledgeable, caring, honest, kind, fun, informative, empathetic, and patient with me in making treatment decisions. He always consults with me about concerns and then gives me the info I need to make an informed decision (e.g., telling me the pricing/costs for different options, explaining treatment pros and cons and the associated risks and/or benefits, and providing me his professional recommendation with insight into why he thinks a particular course of action is the best option). Then he let's me decide what course of actions to pursue without any pressure or condescension.Over the years, he has (more than once) even recommended we watch an area of concern rather than take immediate actions. It's been many years since I've had a dentist do that, which to me is strong evidence of Dr. Saunders' honesty, integrity, and thoughtfulness.Dr. Saunders has never pressured me to receive any procedure; he just kindly explains an issue he sees and then gives his recommendation along with some other treatment options - explaining the pros and cons of the different options.His clinic has fair and competitive pricing; his staff is professional yet fun; and my appointments have always been quick and very rarely rescheduled, which has happened maybe two or three times over the years - but I think it was only due to covid restrictions when they were required to modify their schedule to meet social distancing requirements.I'm 46 years old and have been going to this clinic and seeing Dr. Saunders for about seven years, including for my six-month cleanings, four cavities, and a root canal with a crown. In my experience, Dr. Saunders and his staff are excellent and always exceed expectations. I highly recommend them.“
