Kari communicated leading up to the start of the project which made me feel valued as a customer. I was provided photographs and names of the crew that would be performing the work which helped me feel comfortable with who would be at my house.

Juan and his crew arrived on time and worked diligently. The floor looks great! Thusfar the process and the product have exceeded my expectations.

“Outstanding customer service and great pricing!!I can only say great things about Eagle Flooring and the person in contact, Brian S. (I hope there's only one Brian S.) For privacy purposes, I won't share his last name.Long story short, 3 years ago, half my house had flooring replacement due to a flood. I didn't think about replacing the floors in the entire house at the time.. Fast forward 3 years later, Murphy's law, the manufacturer stopped making the vinyl flooring that was used during remodeling. However, they provided a list of flooring places that previously ordered the same product.I called about 30 stores in 5 states, and I started to lose hope, but then I called Eagle Flooring and got to speak to Brian. He immediately put my mind at ease, telling me he not only had the product but enough of it.. next thing you know, he shipped it to my house in another state in no time. This place, well, Brian mainly was a life saver. My house is now finished and has the same flooring! Brian went above and beyond, he took the effort and time to help me out. I can't thank him enough for being so professional and courteous.
