Walt was so helpful and compassionate in helping deal with a difficult situation, from showing up quickly to prepare an insurance claim, to guidance on carpet and pad replacement, through ordering and installation. We purchased carpet and install from Veterans Carpet One after about a year of searching for the right carpet. We were very frustrated with the lack of accountability and follow through of other carpet shops. We found the perfect carpet at Veterans Carpet One. Walt was great to work with; getting us measured, taking time to talk through the seams with me, and bringing samples to our house. The install went very smoothly: Juan was wonderful and accommodated our request for scheduling, showing up on time. We've used Veterans Carpet One a couple of times now and have had positive experiences both times. We had a seam that was coming up on a section of carpet we had installed almost 3 years ago. Andrew, the install manager, repaired it free of charge even though it was far past the normal warranty for install. Will continue to use them in the future.
