“I used to go to bed every night, say my prayers, and end with “please don’t let my 30 year old boiler break.” I knew the call was coming one day. I just didn’t expect it to arrive right before winter at our rental in Fraser. But sure enough… boiler down. Panic activated.
Enter Elite Heat LLC, riding in like absolute legends. They jumped on the call, squeezed us into a packed schedule, ordered parts, navigated backorder chaos, and were insanely professional the entire time.
I was out of the country when all of this went down. No problem. Elite Heat kept me fully looped in with constant updates and photos of the work in progress. At one point it was the middle of the night and my wife asked, “Who are you texting?”
My response: “Oh, Mandy from Elite Heat.”
Totally normal marriage stuff.
And can we talk about the craftsmanship? Because wow. If you have even a touch of OCD, this piping will bring you peace. It is so clean, organized, and beautiful it honestly deserves its own Instagram account.
Cannot recommend Elite Heat LLC enough. Huge thank you to Mandy at Elite Heat for the communication and care, and a massive shoutout to the Winter Park legend himself, Ron at StaWinterPark, for being part of the dream team.
Boiler fixed. Winter saved. Marriage intact. Five stars isn’t enough.”

“Their Service man did a great job on my boiler. Our house was freezing with no hot water. He showed up and fixed it in about 20 minutes.”
