“I came into the store THREE times in the span of 8 hours. And every time the employees were so helpful, patient and kind. Especially later in the day when there were only two attendants and a MOB of customers all vying for their attention. They made sure to help everyone in the most respectful and efficient way; despite some people being rude, entitled or plain stupid. They did a wonderful job! (I don’t know what they’re being paid, but it’s not enough.)“

“Sue, at the front desk, is great. Chris, the optometry tech was also great. Optometrist answered questions without judgement or evasiveness. Only complaint is the difficulty with the website and the difficulty getting a human on the phone“

They have not just treated me over the years but alleviated my anxiety and have referred me to the best specialists. So for my sake, find someone else. For your sake, I doubt you can find better.“

“Optical Master, is an 10-10** !! This morning, I had a slight accident I sat on my glasses not even hard! It had nothing to do with the work and frames! I noticed they were a bit off but come to find out I had broken the screw inside the frames which couldn’t be fixed! I gave them a 10 because Neal offered to replace my glasses free of charge! It was out of pocket so it was my fault! To have them replaced with everything I purchased for the set of glasses was truly a blessing!! Neal I thank you and your team! My family will continue to do business with you because you guys really care about making your customers happy!! Thank you everyone!! Unbeatable prices most lenses free with purchase of the frames and lots of designer frames to choose from at an affordable price!! Most glasses can be filled same day so yes I’ll do business with them again!!!“

“Absolutely brilliant experience from the moment I scheduled until the moment I walked out of there! They were very communicative before my appointment, the man who answered the phone was patience, kind and helpful. When I arrived I believe it was the same man, and he was equally as nice and helpful in person. The tech who did all the tests/images on my eyes was kind and helpful as well! He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it in a way I could understand. He made sure all of my worries or concerns were addressed as well. The doctor, Megan Callahan, was probably the kindest doctor I’ve met in my life. She really cares about her patients! She also explained everything in great detail and made sure I understood my eye health and that I didn’t walk out of the exam room with any questions unanswered. I had a case where I was given a wrong script by a big chain office upon moving to Denver, and it was causing me great head and eye pain. She was able to show me the difference between my original script, the wrong one, and my new correct one. And WOW! I am so glad she showed me as it really gave me a better understanding and so much peace of mind. Then I was taken out to try on some frames (they offered to put lenses in the ones I already had and did NOT pressure me at all to purchase anything extra from them) but I found some I love and they did a great bundle with the frames and lenses. All in all I had the best experience I could have hoped to have today! I will be a lifelong patient at this office. Lastly, this office is BEAUTIFUL. The decor is lovely, comforting and still professional. It was spotless clean! The room you pick out glasses in was so comfy and organized. If I could give 100 star rating I would!!“

“Absolutely amazing! I got glasses in my home town in Wyoming. Nobody here is able to adjust and or adjust correctly. We were on a vacation trip in Colorado and we had to stop by Target to get a few things. While there we saw the optical. I went in and the gentleman that was there was very helpful and started to help me get my nose pieces changed out. He was having a little difficulty but he was amazing. He went and got the manager. She was fantastic she was able to fix my glasses and get them set to where they now sit currently and I'm not sick from wearing them. I will absolutely go back the next time we are down that way.“
