Right before we went on vacation, I had an eye exam at my (Florida) target optical with a different optometrist for the first time, and I received the wrong prescription of contact lenses. I was wearing the incorrect lenses while traveling, hiking, and biking (normally from Florida). I was miserable for a few days with the weaker prescription, and at first I thought my blurred vision it was due to the pollen. However, I called my optical to check the prescription, and discovered it was significantly weaker than my normal one. So I called Kerri at this local optical and explained the situation, and they saw me right away to get me fitted for my correct/previous prescription so I can enjoy the rest of our trip with clear vision! Thank you for saving me and being so kind and understanding!!!“
