Was impressed with the Customer Service, the ability of staff to explain things and provide the exams in a knowledgeable and timely manner. Did not feel rushed or pressured to do further testing at all. Would definitely recommend.
Negative was they told me cost would be covered by insurance 100%!!! That included “extra dilation” tests. I explicitly asked if that would be covered. Girl was positive! Then they send me a bill for $50. Kind of made me angry.
Andrew and Dr. Snyder did a super job of working with me on my initial fitting for scleral lenses. I'm a tough fit and they seemed to dial in an answer pretty quickly. Very impressed with this group!.. Can't recommend them enough!
All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. There was a polite young gentleman who discovered I had a balance disorder so every time I used a chair, especially the kind with wheels, he was there to hold my hand so I was stable. I thought that was kind. The optometrist, Dr. C, spent time answering my questions and offered future suggestions for my PCP to address. A productive visit.
