This practice has state of the art equipment and runs very efficiently. The staff are professional, very helpful and friendly. Dr. Torgerson takes thorough time with his patients and explains his process throughout the exam. I highly recommend this practice .
Dr. Kram is professional, efficient, affable, and pleasant. He takes time to explain anatomy and prognosis with exam results. Dr. Kram has also been cognisant of specific insurance issues to allow best coverage of procedures for the patient. The front desk and support staff all seem pleasant and efficient.
I have to say this visit was great. Susan helped me find a frame that worked for my needs and then to top off this great service my glasses were done within an hour! And upon delivery everything went very smoothly. I'm very pleased ?
