Issa took care of us at the Ft. Collins Target Optical. We came in to pick up our son’s glasses and she was kind enough to replace a screw that had come out of my sunglasses. She was wonderful.

AMAZING staff at this location!! Thank you!! Right before we went on vacation, I had an eye exam at my (Florida) target optical with a different optometrist for the first time, and I received the wrong prescription of contact lenses. I was wearing the incorrect lenses while traveling, hiking, and biking (normally from Florida). I was miserable for a few days with the weaker prescription, and at first I thought my blurred vision it was due to the pollen. However, I called my optical to check the prescription, and discovered it was significantly weaker than my normal one. I am visiting out of town and forgot my contacts at home. I contacted this Targets optical office and Rebecca was able to help me get a pair, she literally saved my trip! She was super kind and helpful!
