Michael was great to work with! I had tenants who left my hardwood floors in bad shape, he was able to repair and refinish the entire first floor and they look brand new! Element redid our wood floors. It says they do dustless sanding and they’re not kidding. I was very surprised at how little dust we got during the sanding process. The whole process was easy with them and the floors are absolutely gorgeous. I’d recommend them to anyone getting any wood flooring done. We also thought the process was very reasonable for all they did.
