“I contacted Heat Pro to treat my brother's home for bed bugs. Donald and his workers were awesome. Donald even pointed out to the workers about the gas heating stove that would need to be shut off before treatment and then turned back on. I even had them do the prep work and cleanup after the process. They were very thorough. When I had questions about a couple of large bags and if I dare open them to remove the items, one of the workers personally called me to explain several things. He told me this was one of the worst infestations they had seen in years and because of that they were going to use a much higher temperature for the heat treatment and for a much longer time. After the process was done, I remembered my brother's car was still parked at the clinic and would need treatment. They picked up the car, treated it and even drove it back to my brother's home. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Heat Pro and Donald. They made an awful situation much easier for me to deal with.“
“I have a fly infestation in my house currently. Michael very quickly identified the problem and was super thorough in explaining it to me. He answered every question I had and never rushed the inspection. I highly suggest this company! They absolutely care about their customers and don't price gouge like these large companies, all while using the best products on the market. “I was so worried I might have bed bugs when I caught a little critter crawling around my bedframe. I captured him and began searching for people to help me identify the son of a gun. After finding tons of businesses that would charge me an arm and a leg to come through and try to identify it, I stumbled upon this Pest Control.They saw me the very same day and allowed me to bring the bug in. A very helpful man identified it within five minutes. It was a simple grain beetle! Why didn't I think of that?!They saved me from so much stress and anxiety and charged me absolutely nothing. Cannot recommend these kind and helpful people enough.“
