Used this business for two years. After the first year they were poor at communicating times of service, the techs did not let us know when they arrived. There were claims that our property was unaccessible which was untrue and we were still seeing bugs inside the home. Honestly I'm not even sure if the techs showed up half the time.

I worked extremely hard for this company. I accelerated faster than my peers i was hired with. I was loyal.After I waited a year for the annual review, I wasn't even worth a full dollar to this company. After everything I did for them.I then stopped putting in the effort. I was late to work alot but always got my jobs done. Customers are unhappy. So I decided to start my own business

They left the place better than they found it. I can't yet know what percentage of the bugs got dead, but the techs were certainly professional and the equipment was in good condition. Just one thing to be aware of, evidently they've got a way of disabling the techs' phones when their vehicle is in motion, so if they are running late it can be hard to get an updated ETA. We were told to expect the crew at 7 am but in reality they were getting equipment then and got to the house at 9.Service: Bed bug extermination
