Jonathan was very polite, listened and understood my concerns with spiders and wasps. Treated the areas with the correct treatments and explained them to me. He was very respectful of my home, wearing shoe covers and was respectful to my pet. On top of that he did his job in the sweltering heat, it was over 100 degrees today. I give Jonathan 5, but I give whoever sets up appointments a gets a 2 because (with the exception of a call for a reschedule this week) I never get a call for a heads up you are coming to do the service; except for like 20 minutes before someone arrives. I need more notice , so I can try to be home or if I can’t be home, to close my doggy door so my dog doesn’t go into the back yard.
