“A salesman came to my house today, and he did not pressure me or make it weird, but I knew I was being sold. Time will tell if it was a mistake, I guess. It seemed like a reasonable price for the service, but as a classic commitment-phobe, I have a really hard time with the cancellation fee if I terminate before the 18 months. That’s a really long time, and I prefer to keep my options open. I would take a star or two off for that, but my technician came a few hours later and he was awesome. He addressed my concerns, didn’t judge my mess, and wasn’t bothered by my psychotic hell hounds. It’s too soon for me to rate the quality of the product, but 5 stars for Ozzy, he was great.“

“Michael did a very thorough inspection and found a couple of active wasp nests in our second story eaves. He got rid of them and was careful about protecting the bees in our yard. He also took care of a vole in one of the traps. Great job!“
