I've seen SO many PTs and chiropractors for an overuse injury in my hip/low back and Jess is the absolute best. I'll never go to anyone else. She listens and asks questions and re-assesses if things aren't working or if something changes. Every other PT I've seen listens to what you have to say the first time, and then never alters their plan or recommendations, even if what you're doing isn't showing results. She also explains things in a way that is really easy to understand. I also love that she offers separate dry-needling sessions for a reduced rate, since sometimes you don't need a full PT session. Dr. Jess has an amazing talent to target dry needles to relieve pain, headaches and tense/tight fascia. I struggled with tight shoulders and headaches for a long time. The first session was incredible and I had so much relief beyond what I would have imagined; being that it was my first time. I had two more sessions and have been headache and tightness free for a long period of time! Very grateful for Dr. Jess and finding her practice. Her knowledge, expertise, kindhearted personality made me truly committed to seeing her for better function in my body. High recommend to family and friends.

Very pleased with Dr. Klain at Physio, Yoga & Wellness! The dry needling service was great and helped relieve some pain endured from a nagging injury. PT exercises were provided as well that have certainly helped get me back on track. I also appreciated how Dr. Klain was able to fit me into her busy schedule around the holidays and on short notice a couple of times. Great location with plenty of parking as well!
