I'm a property manager and would not use anyone other than Broomhall Bros to work on our boiler system. We have a building with a boiler that is over 40 years old and they've worked on it several times. Each time the service has been professional, on-time and affordable. Manny has kept me informed as to when they could complete the work and they always show up as scheduled. Most recently one of my zone valves was fried and needed replaced. The shut off valve was also shot, which meant the system had to be drained in order to replace the zone valve. Luis came out and did an outstanding job, he was obviously very knowledgable regarding the entire boiler system, he worked very efficiently and quickly and was willing to answer my questions while he worked. When the job was complete, the new zone valve still didn't work properly. Luis trouble shot it and determined the wire that ran from the thermostat in the apartment to the valve was bad. He came up with a very creative solution to resolve the issue, which saved me money and kept from having to break multiple holes in the dry wall. Great company.
Joe came to our apartment today to fix the air conditioner system. The system was never work since we moved here 2 years ago. Very professional and talented person. We heard so many excuses from our building management people about the problem and we already gave up and decided to move out as soon as the lease over. Any ways he came today he find out what exactly happened and told as it will be fix. After he spent several hours, he got us a cool air for the first time. Thanks Joe. You were very kind.
From the technicians to the office staff....a special shout out to Tina....I was truly blown away by my experience with them!! 👏🏻 As a homeowner, we have a lot on our plates from day to day and when ANYTHING in your house breaks we ALL know the level of added stress, anxiety, and the time consuming process it puts on our shoulders. Most company’s today aren’t as willing to go out of their way for the consumer as Broomhall Brothers was. They handled all paperwork, phone calls, and even scheduling the city inspection afterwards. It’s all the little things that matter and it helps restore my faith in humanity. Thank you!!
