Alex was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish (and beyond). As a first time home buyer, it's no underestimation to say I had a million questions throughout our process, she answered them all with patience, guidance and humor when needed. If there was an answer she didn't know (due to the specific nature of a property) she would do research and get answers FAST. She is well known in the Gunnison Valley and has seemingly endless connections with inspectors, contractors, lenders, insurance agents and so on; her depth of knowledge in the real estate world is second to none.
The part I enjoyed most about working with Alex was her level of true care. She often started our conversations by asking me how I was feeling, then she listened. That may sound simple, but knowing she had my back and best interest at heart immensely helped soothe some of my "what if's" and uncertainties. She has continued to be an amazing resource for my questions even though I closed on my house months ago!

Our dog got into a scurry with a friend’s dog and her eye became very swollen. It was 30 minutes past closing on a Friday and Dr. Laura was kind enough to open her door for us. Dr. Laura was kind and knowledgeable and helped us out during a very stressful situation! We are so grateful for her care and highly recommend her!
I have used their service twice now and I am always so impressed. Matt is very considerate, even offered to help me move my furniture out of the way! He did a same day visit once when my dog had an accident. Can't recommend enough!

I absolutely love this salon! I saw Zoe for years before she moved, and now Heather does my cut and color. Both ladies are fantastic at what they do. Heather recently gave me extensions for my wedding, and although I was hesitant because of the cost, I couldn't be happier with the results. Seriously, its my dream hair. If you're considering extensions, just do it- Heather is a wizard at color matching. Plus, the location can't be beat. Thank you, Industry! <3

Mike does my hair and is absolutely perfect every time! I am almost 50% gray and he covers it with a beautiful blend of blonde and dark tones. We do a highlight and a lowlight and a nice creamy blonde base color to cover the gray. He does my base color every 4 weeks and we do the highlights and lowlights every other time. He does just the right amount of low lights to give my hair color dimension without making it too dark or ashy. He also has kept my hair SO HEALTHY looking by trimming off the dead stuff and giving me just the right amount of layers for shape and movement. The blowdryer I got from him is the best I have ever used and the awapuhi shampoo and conditioner is my absolute favorite!

I am a first time snowboarder at age 42 after recovering from ACL surgery a year ago after a bad ski injury.
I’ve sustained a lot of falls and bruising on my journey to learn the basics of snowboarding. Gabi fixed me right up with a massage with an added CBD balm. She focused on all my bruises and tender spots. A few hours later, a lot of my pain has gone away!
I’m happy I got to treat my friend, and even happier that I can conquer my last day of snowboarding tomorrow.

The best gym in CB! I absolutely love this place and the trainers! Carrie Jo is amazing and I have been taking a bunch of classes with Meriska and LOVE her! I recently broke my hand and they have been nothing short of amazing with modifying the workouts for me and being super supportive, knowledgeable and encouraging! The gym is clean with great lighting and located at the end of elk ave! The community here has been warm and welcoming since my first day and have all been so kind and inspiring! Check this place out!
I just had the most amazing experience at Pet Au Pairs in Crested Butte, Colorado. Meg Burns took my year old Catahoula for 10 days. My little girl Aspen jumped on me, on other people, ran away, wouldn’t come when I called, jumped on countertops. I had worked with her for a year, but could not get her trained. In ten days of training and boarding Meg Burns and team turned her into the most amazing dog that loves me, obeys me, respects me. I cannot thank Meg and her company enough for what she did. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to a lot of repair shops that talk in circles, but this place kept everything straightforward. They texted updates while my transmission was being checked and even sent photos. Took two days longer than planned, though the repair has held up perfectly.
