The week before my 100-mile race, my body was extremely tight and beat up from training, and I needed someone who could really get into the problem areas and help get me race-ready.
Jess provided one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever received. She was very skilled at finding the areas that needed the most attention and worked them out without simply going through the motions. I walked away feeling significantly looser, more relaxed, and much better prepared physically.
